Sleeplessness.

Okay, guys.

Apparently my insomnia's back.

Bad news: I'm probably getting six hours of interrupted (3 times average) sleep.
Good news: This is apparently not affecting me during the daytime since I can still function properly and not feel like I need a nap.

What I need from you: Suggestions of things to do while I can't sleep. Social media really dies down in the early morning hours. What are you favorite websites? What is something I should listen to? Favorite YouTube videos?
Oh, also. If you have any suggestions to help me get to sleep, that would be good. Pretty sure I'm just gonna crash eventually.

And go!

also suggestions, these are things you might have tried already but are things that help me. I wake up early so I am tired by 1030 to sleep. If im not tired I get myself physically tired by jumping around or working out or something to make you feel exhausted. don't hang out in bed or work on your computer etc in bed...i read once that if you do that when you try to sleep your mind feels like you are just hanging out again. you need to have a complete separate relationship with your bed so that when you go to your bed to sleep your brain knows it. if my mind is racing with thoughts and ideas, I try and think of something really boring over and over and just focus on that one that. It actually works for me, I think of a black piece of paper. ha.

anyway, i hope something helps. i hate nights i cant fall asleep.

  2. My mom always had me drink warm milk when I couldn't sleep. Now I'll put on a movie because I always fall asleep during movies even when I really want to pay attention. Reading also makes me tired. Other than that I get on Pinterest until I'm bored enough to sleep.

I'm not very good at giving advice. But I do love you!
